Job Summary
The Professional Lending Team provides leverage to employees of Private Equity firms and firms with a partnership structure for their equity purchase or fund investment needs. We create a customized loan program with each firm and then work with individual borrowers to extend credit. Our business model is based on capturing as much of the firm and client banking relationship beyond just our product, so providing an exemplary client experience is essential to our success.
The PLG Sales Associate is responsible for introducing the loan program to borrowers and guiding them through the application, underwriting, booking, and servicing stages of the loan. This person will monitor his or her own loan pipeline to ensure communication to clients, firms, and our internal teams is accurate and deadlines are clear, while championing the client experience. This person will work on a team of associates, but each associate will develop his or her own relationships with individual clients and work with the same clients and firms on an ongoing basis. This person should expect to become the go-to person for those firms and clients as loans are booked, drawn on, modified, and new programs and rolled out. The ideal candidate is proactive and a people person, with an interest in Private Equity, sales, and credit analysis. We're looking to set a new standard for customer service in the banking industry, and this person will be the face of that.
Pay Range: $43,875.00 - $55,940.00 - $68,006.00
