Ability to easily move about an industrial facility, including but not limited to, working in tight or confined spaces, working at higher elevations, climbing on machinery, working in a dusty environment; majority of shift will be spent operating manufacturing equipment, lift equipment, forklift, etc.
Performing physical tasks like lifting up to 50 pounds
Following verbal instructions accurately
Operating electric lift equipment, forklifts, and pallet trucks
Applying basic mathematical skills
Conducting quality inspections and completing digital checklists
Required Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years old.
Legally eligible to work in the United States and for USSTC.
Available to work any shift, including overtime, weekends, and holidays on short notice.
Preferred: Manufacturing Technician Certification (MT1), equivalent manufacturing experience, operator experience or military background.
Regular, reliable, and predictable attendance.
Successful completion of required assessment.
