Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional (Project Management)
The primary purpose of the Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional (QIDP) is to direct the planning, development, organizing, implementing, and evaluating all the supports for the Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) and/or Waiver locations in a person-centered approach. Also, to direct the service coordination of each assigned person(s) in accordance with current existing Federal, State, and Local standards while following company established policies and procedures. As a member of the management team, you are ultimately responsible for the development, coordination and monitoring of all aspects of our people's lives in your assigned caseload. Responsibilities include service coordination for all aspects of life on a twenty-four (24) hour, seven (7) days a week basis as well as being on-call through cell phones. As a QIDP, you are the delegated authority and have the responsibility, and accountability to carry out all assigned duties. It is expected that you spend 40% of time supervising direct resident support services performed and 60% of time devoted to general operations, administrative work, reporting and coordination of services.
