Banking Services Manager (Project Management)

Greets clients in a professional manner and takes a lead role in managing overall office operations.
Knowledge of software systems to process consumer lending within the established lending authority. Communicates with attorneys, insurance companies and others in regard to consumer loan requests.
Upon approval of loan requests coordinates timely preparation of loan documentation for closing and disbursement. Verifies documentation for accuracy and ensures that loan files are properly signed and comply with bank policy.
Responsible for referrals of residential mortgages.
Assists Commercial Loan Officer(s) in all aspects of the commercial lending function through effective utilization of support services.
Responsible for all facilities management including, but not limited to coordinating with cleaning staff, landscaping staff, Town of Vienna, and other local organizations.
Responsible for all supply management of the office and coordination with the marketing team on items needed specific to Vienna Office.
Responsible for daily operation and maintenance of self-service area including the ITM (Interactive Teller Machine), Smart Lockers and Night Deposit.
Performs such functions as processing night deposit activity, loan payments and deposits including opening of new deposit accounts for clients. Coordinates shipment and handling of currency for area.
Assumes other teller responsibilities as needed or required and maintains adequate knowledge of audit procedures and monthly submittal of controls.
Communicates with Team Leader and/or Sr Vice President-Branch Administration on items pertaining to self-service area.
Understands and supports all BSA/AML responsibilities as applicable to the position as well as consistently and accurately carries out these responsibilities in compliance with the Banks internal policies.
Directs and coordinates activities to implement institution's policies, procedures, and practices concerning operational effectiveness.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES Directly supervises any retail branch personnel hired for the Vienna Office. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Responsible for effectively counseling and guiding employees
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format. Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, bonuses, etc.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
OTHER SKILLS
Displays creative thinking, not governed by conventional thinking, ability to excel in using available technology, ability to exercise a wide range of decision making control.
