Field Service Technician (Project Management)
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair construction equipment failures both in-house and at customer locations.
Perform repairs on equipment and accessories including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and diesel engines.
Performs preventative maintenance activities as per documented schedules and standards on equipment in the field.
Completes required documentation, such as service worksheets, timesheets, warranty claims, quality documents via handwritten forms or business system input screens.
Engages customers in a professional manner and anticipates prompt and efficient attention to customer needs.
Maintain thorough knowledge of and capability in reading and understanding schematics.
Maintain thorough knowledge of, actively practice, and promote safe working conditions in accordance with OSHA and other required regulations dealing with safe operation of all equipment.
Prepare various reports as directed to maintain accurate records on equipment and preventive maintenance.
Requirements:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent years of relevant experience and/or training.
Vocational or Trade School education preferred.
Minimum of 3+ years of experience servicing, testing, installing, and troubleshooting construction and industrial equipment.
