Instructional Assistant Professor - Systems Engineering (Finance)
Duties
The responsibilities include (1) teaching three courses relevant to the program in Industrial and Systems Engineering per semester or equivalent course development duties as determined by the IE Department chair and (2) contributing to service and administrative tasks as required in the department.
Terms
It is a full-time, benefits-eligible, non-tenure-track position. Appointments are made on an annual 9-month basis, salary commensurate with experience.
Requirements/Qualifications
The ideal applicant will be able to demonstrate the ability to function in a collaborative atmosphere with multiple stakeholders. Candidates must possess a solid commitment to engineering education using experiential learning and should demonstrate excellent communication skills. Applicants must possess a Ph.D. in systems engineering, industrial engineering, or other closely related engineering fields.
