Responsible for field marketing strategic planning, hyperlocal media planning and community level marketing training and education. Supports the Senior Director of marketing in all aspects of field marketing and liaises with marketing colleagues to develop go-to-market plans encompassing all marketing channels and programs, including digital, social media, direct mail, print, email, collateral and more. Oversees local marketing spend to drive revenue via a product line and hyperlocal community focus. Acts as key conduit and divisional contact VPs of Sales, Divisional Directors of Sales and their respective team members.Leads a small field marketing team to develop Field Marketing strategies within a multi-million dollar budget and corresponding marketing programs designed to support communities in the growth of their REVPAR and move-in targets.Delivers a field marketing approach by division, consistent with the prospects and influencers, i.e. understand and adept at buyer personas, specific product line journeys and experience; orchestrating content and engagement along the buyer journey and deploying an integrated marketing approach that includes digital and off-line marketing practices to optimize response levels and measurable pipeline contribution.Responsible for reporting and owning results by division for all field marketing source groups; includes needed optimization against key media channels. Develops local marketing plans and advertising strategies alongside field sales leadership on a quarterly basis; including partnering with internal marketing team and agencies to execute, measure and optimize plans.Acts as key leader for marketing organization for Executive Sales and Operations leaders, by divisions, in their building out marketing plans to drive local move ins.Responsible for planning and developing marketing and media strategies designed to drive leads, visits and move ins with the local source groups.Ensures alignment, integration, and socialization of Marketing and marketing programs across all divisions and lines of business to ensure cohesion of campaigns and messaging, maximizing efficiency and output; acts as centralized point person for education, communication and distribution of plans and assets to the field.Build and execute a company-wide strategic event marketing program to drive and nurture leads as well as enhance customer (resident) experience and reduce churn; responsible for overseeing performance measurement of events and optimizing subsequent events and marketing plans.Supports development with creation of field marketing strategic briefs to be used for local marketing plans such as: Advertising (digital, social media, direct mail, print ad, etc.), collateral.
