Administrative Assistant (Administrative)
Assist with Administrative tasks, including:
Timesheet review & approval.
Purchasing and ordering PPE equipment for field staff.
Assist with Contract Proposal writing.
Managing vehicle fleet services.
Coordinate employee conferences, professional meetings, and training registrations.
Assist with Accounting tasks, including:
Expense report review and processing.
Assist with invoice review to meet client requirements.
Produce routine financial project tracking reports.
Assist with Human Resource tasks, including:
Assisting with onboarding activities, following up on offer letters, checking in on new-hire paperwork, and assisting with new-hire orientations.
Recruiting activities, including coordinating career fairs, developing employment ads, resume reviews, and interview scheduling and coordination.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience in administrative and accounting tasks is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated team-oriented behavior
