Job Description:
Job Summary:
Responsible for leading smaller and/or less complex projects and will assist other members of the group on various aspects as needed. Responsible for maintaining, monitoring, and organizing the artifacts and events related to a project that is assigned to them and managing the internal dashboards/updates, maintenance. Interacts with the key stakeholders of the project they are managing.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead core & homogenous projects.
- Execute medium complexity projects (strategic natured) if bandwidth permits under the assistance guidance of Associate Project Manager
- Run or assist with work streams or tasks for larger projects being run by any senior team member.
- Build a collaborative working relationship with project stakeholders.
- Define work breakdown structures for small projects.
- Follow established project status reporting processes.
- Handle restricted and confidential matters with care.
- Track progress of project tasks for their own projects
- Collaborate with projects stakeholders to meet project milestones.
- Drive an appropriate sense of urgency toward project deliverables.
- Continuously improve processes and knowledge within PMO
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- 1-2 years of experience in project management
- PMP certification or equivalent #LI-Remote #LI-RC1
The Compensation range for this role is 16.61 - 33.23 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
