Freight Auditor (Administrative)
Responsibilities:
Processing TL and/or LTL carrier paperwork and approving carrier invoices through the TMS (TruckMate) or Aljex systems to pay carriers and upload documentsMaintain the paperwork email box and audit various documents and paperwork for accuracy, confirm charges are accurate, and adjust invoice line items when necessaryCommunicate and provide follow-up with carriers on missing invoices and paperwork and upload documents to FST portals via internetMeet weekly and monthly deadlines to ensure auditing is completed timely and handle invoice discrepancies and/or requests pertaining to invoices submitted by carriersYou will be held accountable to comply with all defined business process and the utilization of all technology platforms, as defined by FST.
Requirements:
