The Purpose of Your Role
We are seeking an individual who has a fundamental understanding of the Salesforce platform and can help maintain and evolve our technology ecosystem to meet our business objectives by gathering requirements and feedback, designing scalable solutions, and collaborating on a product roadmap. The Salesforce Administrator should also excel in all areas of user management, such as support, training, and solution design.
The ideal candidate will have a strong relationship with stakeholders at all levels and will translate technical information into layman's terms, providing clear explanations of solutions and their organizational impact. You will need to exhibit forward and strategic thinking, have innate technical expertise, and demonstrate flexibility to make incremental and tangible gains for internal stakeholders and the end users who support our organization's strategic initiatives.
