Manufacturing Maintenance Technician (Finance)
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine and non-routine maintenance on machinery, equipment, and systems.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
Build or repair all types, sizes, and shapes of jigs, fixtures, tools, and dies.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve maintenance needs.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Other tasks as assigned.
Experience:
Proven experience as a maintenance technician in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to operate various tools.
Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
Education:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Physical Requirements:
Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Ability to occasionally lift up to 100 pounds.
Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and reaching.
Ability to work in various environmental conditions, including exposure to dust, noise, and varying temperatures.
Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination to operate tools and equipment.
Ability to climb ladders and work at heights.
Good vision and hearing to detect and diagnose issues.
