What qualifications will make you successful?
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of relevant experience focusing on managing production to optimize the use of resources and meeting production schedules and standards
• Experience with SAP
• Microsoft Office Suite experience
• Experience in Lean methodologies is preferred.
• Experience with Kinaxis preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task.

• Lead & support the downstream team to ensure an appropriate flow of orders through production according to availability, on time delivery & complexity
• Lead & monitor healthy start to ensure a satisfactory output level, as well as drive improvements to reduce BOV
• Lead the Master Production Plan process with the other functions & ensure correct maturity is reached according to SPS.
• Managing the plant Value Stream Mapping (current & future state) and leading the continuous improvement of Product Lead Time by animating transversal action plans
• Monitor and improve the downstream supply chain performance at plant level
• Monitor downstream team KPIs
• To be in a continuous improvement approach for ISSR(internal supplier service rating), BOL(back order lines), OTD(on time delivery), Customer Lead Time, DIN/NIN(day of inventory/net inventory), FG(finished goods), UHS(unhealthy stock).
