Achieves sales, gross profit, and margin objectives through developing and growing new and current customer relationships within our corporate account network and with food service concepts Establishes sales objectives by creating account management plans for target customers in support of corporate objectives Develop a sales plan that includes account-level targets, securing base business, net new business, and identifying growth opportunities in current and new accounts. Negotiate and complete customer agreements. Supports customers by recommending product lines by identifying new product opportunities and/or packaging and service changes; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors Addresses customer service issues with urgency, providing solutions, guidance, and identifying process improvements Maintains up-to-date customer data in CRM, including calls and visits, quote pipeline open items and other products, customer service, and account management details Regular travel throughout the U.S. is required; manages travel administrative and team budget/expenses Proactively manage stock replenishment and orders to ensure optimal stock coverage, align with Buyer/Planner on future orders, open-to-buy and replenishment.
