Customer Experience Engineer (Finance)
Act as senior member of the Customer Experience Team in regards to skill level, work load, ability to handle complex tasks and/or ability to train other members of the Customer Experience Team on an ongoing basis.
Develop relationships with key people at each designated/assigned customer.
Assist department in processing non-designated/assigned customer orders and quotes and phone support.
Product selection and quotation expert
Coordinate order processing to be efficient and accurate
Expedite and provide status updates on orders
Inventory evaluation and recommendations to meet customer needs
Coordinate technical support when necessary
Routinely goes above and beyond to exceed customer expectations
All other duties as assigned.
