Recruiting Supervisor (Human Resources)
Responsibilities:?
Oversee the Talent Acquisition functions, strategies and teams for FST Logistics, Inc. Manage a high-performing Talent Acquisition team that will conduct full life-cycle recruitment to fill corporate vacancies, source, attract, and secure the best talent while also representing the organization externally Develop and execute an annual recruitment strategy that fills open roles, pipelines for bench strength, builds external brand awareness, enhances the candidate experience, and manages our MSP program Translate business priorities into actionable and accountable programs and tactics that support our Pillars of Excellence, GrowGetter Program and Employee Life Cycle Manage team of recruiters that source and select top talent, develop and implement effective strategies to attract top and diverse talent, and optimize and standardize sourcing and selection process Use tools for quality and efficiency including UKGPro ATS and utilize data and analytics to track impactful metrics and results Create job descriptions and advertisements to attract a diverse pool of candidates Negotiate salaries, benefits, and other terms of employment Work closely with hiring managers at all levels to understand the requirements of each position and advise hiring managers on proper interviewing methods Manage and attend career fairs and school events Manage and consistently evaluate/improve ATS Recommend ways to optimize and showcase employer brand Be held accountable to comply with all defined business process and the utilization of all technology platforms, as defined by FST
