We are currently seeking a Document Specialist to join our highly skilled, dynamic team.

The Document Specialist initiates, incorporates and routes documents with understanding of regulations and internal processes pertaining to change control.

Responsibilities:

Strong data entry skills (ERP systems, MS Excel, MS Word)
Ability to search ERP, external websites and shared file locations for certifications meeting requirements
Aptitude for MS Excel and organizing & manipulating large data sets
Ability to professionally contact and communicate with suppliers and customers via email and phone calls.
Ability to organize, prioritize, and coordinate multiple customer requests simultaneously.
Ability to read and understand a Bill of Materials.
Ability to learn and understand regulations and directives including EU ROHS, EU REACH, and Conflict Minerals such that customer requests and supplier responses can be interpreted accurately. May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

One-year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, or equivalent.
