What you'll do:
Benefits Administration: Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
Data Analysis: Analyze benefits data to identify trends, assess program effectiveness, and recommend improvements.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations related to employee benefits.
Employee Support: Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding benefits inquiries, providing clear and accurate information.
Reporting: Prepare and present reports on benefits utilization and costs to management.
Collaboration: Work closely with HR team members and external vendors to enhance benefits offerings and employee satisfaction
What you bring:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in benefits administration or a similar role.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of benefits regulations and compliance requirements.
