Teacher/Family Advocate (Personal Services)

JOB FUNCTION:
To plan and implement learning experiences that advance the cognitive, physical, social and emotional development of children to promote school readiness. Support families in accessing necessary resources, completing program requirements, setting and achieving goals, and being involved in their childs education.
