Personal Banker:
As our Personal Banker, you will play a vital role in proactively nurturing and expanding our customer base by developing strong, long-term relationships with clients and providing tailored banking solutions. Your friendly and engaging communication style will be the cornerstone of your success as the first point of contact for established customers, ensuring their maximum satisfaction. What you'll do as the Personal Banker:
Manage comprehensive customer relationships using an array of products and services offered by the bank
Consistently achieve established business development and customer service goals, particularly in deposit growth
Develop quality prospects and Centers of Influence
Foster teamwork and personal banking knowledge in all assigned branches to ensure a positive customer experience
Ensure the delivery of customer service meets or exceeds expectations and adheres to the bank's standards and expectations
Attend events and participates in community activities that promote FNBC and personal banking services
What you'll need to be our Personal Banker:
