Account Coordinator I (Project Management)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Account Coordinator (Data Entry Specialist) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining data in our systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and update data into our database and management systems.
- Verify and correct data discrepancies and errors.
- Maintain data confidentiality and security.
- Assist with data organization and reporting as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline data processes.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry or similar administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and data entry software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills.
