Interpretation Operations Coordinator (Project Management)
OVERVIEW:
The Operations Coordinator for Interpretation provides operational support to gallery spaces within The Children's Museum of Indianapolis. The coordinator serves as secondary contact for museum staff operations and maintenance requests for the interpretation department. The incumbent supports the interpretation team to ensure galleries are modified and maintained in accordance with the highest museum standards. They assist with communications and set-up, supplies gathering and implementation for new interpretation activities. The coordinator works collaboratively with department colleagues to ensure efficient operations and guest service. The incumbent works with the Experience Production department effectively to maintain gallery materials and on-going repairs.
