Position Summary: The VP of Commercial Sales & Marketing is responsible for setting the strategic direction for the commercial sales channel for Ace and ARCA, achieving annual commercial and logistics sales objectives for both companies, and growing their own book of commercial business.

The pay range is $175,000 - $220,000 base salary plus additional incentives. Starting pay is based on criteria such as location, experience, qualifications, and the terms of any applicable agreement. Dependent on the length of service, hours worked, and applicable agreements, benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, and optional disability insurance, sick pay of 2.66 hours for every 80 hours worked, flexible time off, paid holidays, bereavement pay and retirement benefits. The VP of Sales position is considered safety sensitive and will be subject to the company's random drug test program.
