Operations Director (Project Management)

SUMMARY: Seeking a candidate that is positive, energetic and knowledgeable of Inn/Bed and Breakfast operations. Must be hands on in all aspects of the day-to-day operation with the focus on excellent customer service and exceptional guest experience. Must have flexible schedule and able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Oversee the operations of 5 plus motels in the Beach Retreats portfolio. This includes but is not limited to managing the guest experience, housekeeping, maintenance, financials and growth.
-Manage a team of 10-20 associates including managers, cleaners, maintence techs, pool techs and 3rd party vendors.
-Manage the relationship with all motel owners and ensure their needs are met. This includes meeting with them on a quarterly basis and as requested.
-Full PL responsibility for Beach Retreats with the guidance of the RVP.
-Communicates with management and/or maintenance to report maintenance and/or repair needs.
-Monitors and maintains proper inventory of all supplies
-Ensures housekeeping supplies are well maintained
-Inspects rooms and all common areas on a daily basis and promptly addresses any and all issues that may be present.
-Manages expenses within approved budget constraints.
-Supports Village Realty operations as instructed by the RVP and GM
-Support Village Realty owner relations as instructed by the RVP and GM
