Our Dining Services Director Will:
Inspire the dining services team to provide excellent customer service, leading by example.Lead the Dining Services team aligned with our Core Values of Compassion, Respect, Trust, and Fun!Build positive relationships with residents, families, associates, and vendors.Create fresh high-quality menus for daily meals, catering, and special events. Modify the menus based upon food trends, costs, local tastes, seasonal availability, dietary restrictions, and resident preferences.Train and develop dining staff to create stellar experiences for our residents.Manage supplies, schedules, equipment, budgets, processes, and procedures that enhance the resident experience and meets state and federal guidelines.
