HR Assistant (Administrative)
Essential Duties:
Perform various light office duties such as sorting, filing, scanning, data entry, etc. Screen job applications and coordinate interviews. Support onboarding processes for new employees. Perform basic audits of various HR items. Collaborate with team members on special projects as needed. Continually support and work cooperatively as a team player with all departments within GICMH. Serve as a positive role model to all employees, participants, and customers. Maintain appropriate and professional verbal communication, appearance, and actions. Maintain open communication with supervisors regarding any work issues. Ability to attend all scheduled training and meetings.
