Room Attendant / FT (Maintenance)
Makes Beds.
Replenishes supplies such as drinking glasses and writing supplies.
Checks wraps and renders personal assistance to patrons.
Moves furniture, hangs drapes, and rolls carpet.
Cleans lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators and stairways.
Sweeps, scrubs, waxes, and polishes floor.
Cleans rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies.
Dusts furniture.
Washes windows, door panels, sills, A/C, 's and filters.
Empties wastebaskets.
Transports trash and waste to disposal area.
Replenishes bathroom supplies.

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment
This job operates in public spaces. It routinely uses standard cleaning equipment, supplies, and chemicals, and the employee is frequently exposed to heat, steam, and noise.
Physical Demands: To perform the essential functions of this job successfully, an employee must meet the physical demands described. The employee is required to stand, reach, lift, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, push, and pull items weighing 25 pounds or less. The position requires manual dexterity, auditory and visual skills, and following written and oral instructions and procedures.

Prior work experience.

Prior experience in a housekeeping or laundry position.
