Field Technician (Project Management)

Responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing systems that may include hardware and software components. Advises customer on operation procedures and requirement of systems. Communicates effectively in person to assist and train customers and partners. Tests and verifies the functionality of the equipment installed for optimal performance. Document processes and complete required documentation such as SATs, Vocs, Trip, reports and expenses reports. Assistance with the set-up of customer demonstrations and exhibitions (i.e., trade shows). Supports customers either remotely or in the office via either email or phone with the goal of troubleshooting and solving customers requests, including but not limited to RMA processes. Other duties as may be assigned.
