Your Role: Channel Growth Brand Manager – US Farm Animal Channel
As a Channel Growth Brand Manager I am responsible for driving growth and maximizing the market share of strategic Elanco brands within specific market channels. This role requires a deep understanding of the market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape, with a focus on developing and executing effective strategies to achieve revenue targets. Additional, as the Channel Growth Brand Manager I serve as the primary point of contact for key strategic partnerships, fostering collaborative relationships and ensuring alignment with Elanco's overall business objectives.
Your Responsibilities:
Strategic Brand and Market Growth: Develop and execute strategies for key areas (e.g., Beef Sustainability, Experior Type B, Rumensin) to drive market penetration, growth, and performance analysis.
Channel Development & Partnerships: Foster growth through key channel accounts, strategic partnerships, and joint business planning, ensuring optimal positioning and sales of Nutrition Health products.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to align brand strategies with overall business objectives and ensure effective execution.
Relationship & Contract Management: Act as the primary point of contact for strategic partnerships, managing relationships, contract negotiations, and ensuring compliance and conflict resolution.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track KPIs, analyze performance metrics, and provide regular reports and insights to senior management to optimize brand strategies and identify new opportunities.
What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):
Education: Bachelor's Degree
Experience: A minimum of 7 years of experience in farm animal pharmaceutical sales and channel account experience.
In-depth knowledge of the farm animal veterinary and feed additive market and products.
What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications):
Proven experience in brand management, channel operations, or related roles.
Strong understanding of channel and brand sales models, partner ecosystems, and distribution networks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
Proficiency in CRM systems, Tableau, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and prioritize tasks.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth and achieving targets.
Collaborative and team-oriented approach, with the ability to work effectively across departments and teams.
Knowledge of marketing principles and experience in executing channel and brand marketing activities is a plus.
Farm animal strategic account management experience of 3-5 years.
Ability to influence without authority.
Experience negotiating deal terms.
Strong business acumen and understanding of a P&L.

Elanco currently anticipates that the base salary for this position could range from $99,100.00 to $165,100.00 depending partly on the successful candidate's qualifications, including education and experience. Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending partly on company and individual performance). Additionally, Elanco offers a comprehensive benefit program to eligible employees that includes a company-matching 401(k); vacation benefits; eligibility for medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug benefits; flexible benefits (e.g., healthcare and/or dependent day care flexible spending accounts); life insurance and death benefits; certain time off and leave of absence benefits; and well-being benefits (e.g., employee assistance program, fitness benefits, and employee clubs and activities).
