What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional nursing care to residents in a compassionate, professional manner
- Collaborate with a supportive interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care
- Assist in care planning, documentation, and coordination of services
- Lead by example and offer support to CNAs and other team members
- Help foster a positive, welcoming environment for residents and staff alike
