Room Attendant / FT (Maintenance)
Essential Functions

Makes Beds.Replenishes supplies such as drinking glasses and writing supplies.Checks wrap and render personal assistance to patrons.Moves furniture, hangs drapes, and rolls carpet.Cleans lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, and stairways.Sweeps, scrubs waxes, and polishes floor.Cleans rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies.Dust furniture.Washes windows, door panels, sills, A/Cs, and filters.Empties wastebaskets.Transports trash and waste to disposal area.Replenishes bathroom supplies.

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment
This job operates in public spaces. This role routinely uses standard cleaning equipment, supplies and chemicals. The employee is frequently exposed to heat, steam, and noise.

The employee is occasionally required to sit, stand, reach, lift, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, push, and pull items weighing 25 pounds or less.
