Summary The primary purpose of this position is to provide direction and overall administrative responsibility for the facility physical plant, staff and residents. All activities must support the Firetree, Ltd. mission, strategic goals, and objectives. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The position duties and responsibilities listed below describe the general nature and scope of work. Other responsibilities, duties and skills may be required and assigned, as needed. Assures compliance with all referral provider contracts. Monitors daily operations of the facility. Provides oversight of all facility staff. Assists in the development of staff training programs. Assists in completing searches, scheduling searches and screenings. Review/approve incoming referrals. Provides public information and serve as community relations contact. Effectively uses Enterprise Manager (EM) as needed to carry out duties of the position. Completes administrative tasks as needed. Reviews the Policy and Procedure Manual on a quarterly basis. Tours the facility on a daily basis and monitors safety, sanitation, and maintenance for mandatory compliance. Other duties as assigned by the Chief Operating Officer.
