Marketing Coordinator / Part-time (Marketing)
Assist the department in maintaining and creating proposal materials such as resumes and project sheets. This includes writing, editing, verifying information, and formatting.
Update and maintain marketing information in our database, Deltek VantagePoint.
Work with the marketing team and technical staff to assist in developing and producing winning proposals, qualification packages, and award submittals.
Coordinate marketing swag and materials for industry events and branch activities.
Assist in maintaining and creating marketing materials such as business cards and conference materials.
Help with event coordination for conferences, career fairs, etc.
Work with staff to translate technical verbiage into easily understandable content.
Assist with other marketing and administrative tasks as required. You may have opportunities to flex your creative muscles with graphics for social media posts, internal marketing materials, and ads.
Qualifications:
3 years of relevant experience - internships count!
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related area.
Flexible attitude and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Comfortable communicating virtually via Microsoft Teams and Outlook.
Very familiar with Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with Deltek VantagePoint is a plus!
Experience with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator is even better!
Some familiarity with the RFP/RFQ/RFI process and the AEC industry is a bonus.
