Project Manager Talent Acquisition (Creative Design)
Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager Talent Acquisition to lead and manage cross-functional programs. This role will be pivotal in executing strategic and tactical initiatives, collaborating with key stakeholders, and optimizing business performance.
Job Responsibilities:
Program Management: Oversee and lead the execution of multiple projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and performance metrics.
Strategic & Tactical Leadership: Manage both high-level strategic objectives and day-to-day tactical initiatives within each domain, driving efficiency, effectiveness, and measurable outcomes. to align with the organization's talent acquisition goals.
Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline and improve talent acquisition processes. Develop and implement solutions to enhance efficiency, scalability, and overall impact.
Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with senior management and teams across People and Client Operations to ensure seamless execution of initiatives and optimal resource allocation.
Stakeholder Communication: Regularly communicate with senior leadership, providing clear updates on program progress, risks, and key metrics. Ensure alignment across teams and departments on program goals and objectives.
Analytical Leadership: Use data and analytics to measure program success, evaluate campaign effectiveness, assess talent acquisition strategies, and drive continuous improvement across marketing and operations.
Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks that could affect the success of the program, ensuring programs are delivered on time, within budget, and with high impact.
Business Impact: Monitor and manage program performance against KPIs, driving decisions that align with business priorities and contribute to the overall success of talent acquisition, marketing efforts, and business operations.
Change Management: Support the implementation of new tools, processes, or strategies within the Talent Acquisition function, ensuring smooth transitions and adherence to best practices.
Qualifications:
Experience: 5+ years of experience in program management, preferably in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources. Proven success in managing complex programs and cross-functional teams.
Proven Track Record: Demonstrated experience executing strategic and tactical programs that drive business results.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to use data and analytics to assess program success, optimize processes, and drive improvements across various departments.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working with diverse teams, particularly in Business Operations, to execute programs that have a significant business impact.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization and present complex information in an accessible way.
Recruitment Technology: Experience working with recruitment technology tools (e.g., ATS systems, CRM, HRIS). :
Process Development: Proven track record of developing, refining, and implementing processes to drive efficiency and improve operational performance across multiple functions.
Preferred Certification: PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent.
