Employee Relations for team members within their designated business area.
Provides consultation for Managers on performance management for their employees.
Partners with Managers during employee termination consultation, planning for termination meetings and final communication to employees.

Create and present Training and Development content
Employee retention/satisfaction strategy
Qualifications:
BA/BS degree in Human Resources or business-related area is preferred
A minimum of 3 years of HR experience; ideally at least one year as an HR Generalist or broad HR experience
Knowledge of ADA, FMLA, Workers Compensation, Employment Law
Excellent communication skills, organization skills, computer skills, articulate, positive attitude, team player
