you will support the T&M Manager, Site Manager and Project Team for
assigned construction site for the following responsibilitiesYou will manage and oversee the Development
& update of Construction
ScheduleCommunication & cooperation
with Project Management & AWP Team to advise on roadblocks for development
of scheduleAlso, you will ensure coordination of schedules
from multiple Subcontractors to avoid conflict and ensure smooth interface and
or Hand Over in between
themFurther, you will ensure 6WLA activities contain
enough unconstrained earnable MHRs to meet forecasted progressEnsure proper level of resources
are achieved on Site to achieve unconstrained 6WLA KQ's and earnable
manhours You will perform Progress Measurement and
deviation analysis - Planned x Earned
ActualsPerform Productivity analysis
(Burned x Earned) to support Team on additional measures and
mitigationsOverseeing & Track Construction
Budget, providing cost Forecast (EAC & ETC), based on progress &
productivity trends along with VOs and Potential
VORsIdentify trends and patterns,
providing recommendations for improvement of Contractor means and
methods/execution sequence.Assign resources for each IWPEnter Timesheets (hours &
quantities) into ToolsEnsure spent and earned hours are
being accurately allocatedIssue reports for actual progress,
productivity, and costYou will coordinate removal of primary
constraints with AWP TeamEvaluate Means, methods &
optimum construction sequencing for
6WLAEvaluate and Approve Mobilization
of resources per
6WLAChair 3 Weeks Look Ahead meetings
ensuring activities planned are consistent with schedule needs and constraints
