Your Role:

• Evaluate and treat residents with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
• Develop individualized care plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
• Support residents in achieving greater independence and quality of life

Qualifications:

• Licensed SLP in the state of California
• SNF experience preferred but not required
• Strong interpersonal skills and a heart for patient care
