Non-Commissioned Equity/Loan Administrator - Customer Care (Cleveland/ Strongsville, OH) (Finance)

At Third Federal, our loan administrators are not on commission, which allows them to focus on what is best for the customer. We are looking for energetic and experienced loan administrators who will work in a call center-based setting, where they will be responsible for originating and/or following loan applications through closing. The candidates will assist customers with questions throughout the loan process via text, email and telephone.

Positions are located at our Customer Care Strongsville location, 18094 Royalton Road, Strongsville, Ohio 44136 or Corporate Campus location, 7007 Broadway Avenue, Cleveland, OH 44105. Hybrid work options may be available.
