Product Owner/Product Analyst (Assortment Planning&Demand Forecasting) (Finance)

Infosys is seeking a Product Owner/Product Analyst with Assortment Planning, Demand Forecasting and Replenishment Domain SME. As a Consultant, you will be an expert contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in business process consulting; you will define the problem, propose and create the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Hartford, CT & Jersey City, NJ or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
• Experience as a business analyst with knowledge of Agile processes as EPIC/Feature/Story creation and grooming, Requirement Elicitation and Design, Test Case Planning and Review.
• Working knowledge of Demand Forecasting and Replenishment.
• Experience in Retail and CPG functions in leading packages as JDA/BY, Oracle RPAS, O9, Kinaxis, Anaplan, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience as a business analyst with knowledge of Agile processes as EPIC/Feature/Story creation and grooming, Requirement Elicitation and Design, Test Case Planning and Review.
• At least 3 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes.
• At least 5 years of working knowledge of Demand Forecasting and Replenishment.
• At least 5 years of experience in Retail and CPG functions in leading packages as JDA/BY, Oracle RPAS, O9, Kinaxis, Anaplan, etc.
• At least 5 years of experience in Implementation, Configuration, Design and Integration Skills.
• At least 6 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes.
• At least 5 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business process.
• At least 5 years of experience in Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment.
• At least 6 years of experience in Business Analysis Skills - Requirements analysis, Elicitation, Agile Methodologies.
• Provides functional expertise in the areas of architecture, design, implementation, and testing
• Lead a team of engineers and consultants in understanding as-is business and come up with to-be business maps.
• Driving the Product Roadmap, identifying, capturing, tracking with cross-functional Business SMEs/ stakeholders.
• Flawless execution in interfacing with multiple different teams, identifying roadblocks, resolve dependencies.
• Manage Tech/ Business stakeholders' communication.
• Good to have: Assortment Planning Implementation experience in any of CPQ tools namelyOracle Retail RPAS or Anaplan or o9.
• Analytical and Communication skills.
• Planning and Co-ordination skills.
• Experience with project management.
• Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
