Position Summary
The IBP&E Planning Academy Manager for the Integrated Business Planning & Execution (IBP&E) Team is responsible for designing and delivering strategic training programs that enhance the IBP&E team and supporting governance partners capabilities to drive continuous improvement, support transformation initiatives, and drive overall talent development initiatives across the Integrated Business Planning processes for the Beer Division. Reporting to the Director, IBP&E Enablement, this role focuses on building scalable, innovative, and automated skill-based training solutions to upskill/reskill IBP&E team members and governance process partners to optimize learning outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Training Needs Analysis & Skills Assessment: Lead the development and implementation of capability assessments to track skills, identify gaps, and prioritize learning initiatives that align with organizational goals in conjunction with IBP&E Leadership and CBI Training & Development team.
Training Program Strategy: Collaborate with IBP&E and Corporate Training & Development teams to set strategic objectives for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that drive business outcomes.
Program Design: Develop capability-building programs that encompass functional, digital, and business skills to support growth and development. Develop training curriculums, design and develop training outlines, storyboards, facilitator guides, content and materials, and delivery methods tailored to diverse audiences and goals.
Training Program Implementation: Oversee the rollout of training programs, ensuring alignment with team objectives through effective communication and engagement. Facilitate training sessions and evaluate and review materials from internal and external sources, monitor progress, and measure effectiveness using data-driven insights.
Training Application and effectiveness measurements: Develop and implement with IBP&E leadership the ability to measure the consumption, effectiveness, and application of various training programs amongst the teams. Utilize various evaluation methods, such as surveys, tests, and performance metrics, to gather feedback and data. Analyze training outcomes to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments. Report on training effectiveness to stakeholders and recommend strategies for continuous improvement.
Digital Transformation Training Support: Support end-to-end transformation vision by ensuring training initiatives align with the strategic goals and drive adoption of new technologies and processes. Partner with third-party vendors to ensure the effective rollout of business, digital, and functional training.
Onboarding Programs: Lead the design and implementation of onboarding processes for new IBP&E team members, ensuring seamless integration and productivity, leveraging existing and CBI formalized onboarding and Employee Experience subject matter expertise.
Training Material: Ensure training materials are up-to-date and relevant to current job requirements and accessible to all team members.
Training Platforms: Explore, evaluate, and assist in the implementation of technology platforms, including AI-integrated tools, to enhance training workflows. Collaborate with IT, vendors, and internal stakeholders to integrate solutions that promote automation, efficiency, and provide data-driven insights for the seamless rollout and evaluation of training programs. Understand SCORM compliance and reporting requirements.

This role requires expertise in developing and delivering impactful training programs while fostering a culture of learning, growth, and inclusiveness that fits with the IBP&E leadership vision. The ideal candidate collaborates with IBP&E leadership and CBI Training & Development team to combine strategic planning, program execution, and capability-building experience, balancing hands-on delivery, operational excellence, and forward-thinking strategies to support both immediate and long-term needs.
Role Expertise
Bachelor's degree in training, Business, Organizational Development or Supply Chain. Masters in Instructional Design preferred.
8+ years of experience in training program development, talent management, or organizational capability-building roles. Experience across Integrated Business Planning and/or Supply Chain preferred.
Expertise in adult learning methodologies, experiential learning, and training and workshop facilitation.
Proven experience with authoring programs like Articulate Storyline, Rise or other e-learning tools, skills tracking, and performance reporting solutions.
Experience with Learning Management Systems, like Workday Learning, Skillsoft, or other platforms.
Experience working in a matrixed, cross-functional environment with demonstrated success in aligning training initiatives to business outcomes.

Supply ChainThe salary range for this role is:
$92,500.00 - $141,700.00
This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. Our compensation is based on cost of labor. For remote locations or positions open to multiple locations, the pay range may reflect several US geographic markets, including the lowest geographic market minimum to the highest geographic market maximum. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, the prevailing minimum wage for the location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
