Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with professional nursing standards
- Assess, monitor, and document residents' conditions and care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality resident care
- Educate residents and families on health management and care plans
- Maintain compliance with facility policies, state, and federal regulations
What We're Looking For:
- Active RN license in the state of California
- SNF (Skilled Nursing Facility) experience preferred
- Strong clinical skills with a compassionate and resident-focused approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality care
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
