Job Summary:
The Financial Operations Specialist is responsible for managing accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and maintaining accurate manufacturing records. A solid grasp of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices to accurately manage financial recordsReliable Job History:
A history of consistent and reliable work performance in previous roles, particularly in financial or accounting positions
High School Graduate or Equivalent:
A minimum of a high school diploma or its equivalent is required. Some college-level coursework in accounting or finance is a plus
EPICOR Experience Preferred:
Prior experience working with EPICOR software is preferred, as it is commonly used for financial tracking and operations in the manufacturing industryAttention to Detail:
Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial transactions, data entry, and documentation.
Analyzing Information:
Proficient in analyzing financial data and identifying trends, discrepancies, or opportunities for process improvement
Data Entry Skills:
High level of accuracy and speed in entering financial data into the company's system
Math Skills:
Good understanding of basic math principles and the ability to perform calculations related to financial operations
