State Street Alpha Transaction Management Fund Order Services, Aladdin MO & PDX Product Implementation Manager Vice President (Finance)

Who we are looking for

State Street's Alpha Services Strategy, Solutioning and Implementation Team is seeking a qualified Transaction Management Implementation Manager for the industry's first ever front to back client servicing platform. This leader will focus on driving end-to-end integration and interoperability for our Alpha clients focused on complex instrument tied to our Fund Order Services and Aladdin PDX Implementation Services

The Alpha Client Implementation Manager will be responsible for overseeing due diligence, driving the client solution design, flows, operational processes and business system functionality. Managing the implementation and onboarding plan, project timelines, conversion approach and post-go-live efforts for several simultaneous client implementations.

The successful candidate will also define the long term business strategy for these complex instrument types, ensuring solutions developed for our Alpha Front to Back Platform meets the customer's and State Street business requirements, in alignment with the Alpha Strategy.

What you will be responsible for

As Alpha Transaction Management Implementation Lead Aladdin MO & PDX you will:

• Collaborate with the MD to define and articulate the STT - BRS interaction (operating) model
• Manage team of direct reports and matrixed resources to develop and deploy single strategic solution for inbound Aladdin transaction and reference data.
• Evaluate scope identifying interdependencies, critical path and foundational requirements driving to a single synchronized approach to Aladdin data requirements, development, testing, and deployment.
• Increase Aladdin Operating model penetration across STT's Aladdin clients
• Partner with senior program managers to drive consistent operational standards globally across Client Ops, and COE's.
• Oversee Aladdin Middle Office Implementations, provide consultancy to Global Delivery to successfully onboard Middle Office Lift outs.
• Oversee Implementation initiatives tied to our Fund Order Services capabilities under Transaction Management.
• Drive the delivery of cross-operations, high priority projects across all typical project phases
• Project initiation and scoping- including plan definition and managing realistic expectations for successful delivery with project stakeholders
• Support ongoing project management- including progress monitoring, reporting and quality assurance throughout the project
• Build and manage strong relationships with project sponsors and stakeholders in Operations, Technology and the business, understanding competing priorities across these groups
• Understand the firm's strategic plans, business, process and architecture in order to influence design and develop solutions.
• Collaborate with other teams to share approaches, develop best practices and improve team capabilities to successfully migrate clients
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required

What we value

• 10+ years of industry experience with front, middle, and back office integration, functionality, and electronic trading platforms (i.e. Bloomberg PORT, CRD, BRS Aladdin, SimCorp Dimension, Fidessa Minerva, Eze Software, BBH Infomediary etc.)
• Strong knowledge of existing State Street organizational constructs and teams required, in addition to deep understanding of middle and back office systems, functions and services supported at State Street
• Strong Industry and regulatory experience across complex derivative and bank loan instruments
• Experience with Derivative Products and Mutual Fund processing required
• Proven ability to work effectively with executive management
• Strong communication, analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
• Ability to influence and work collaboratively across multiple organizations to reach common goals
• Demonstrate excellent process and project management skills
• Expertise in MS Office including MS Visio, Project and PowerPoint
• Strong understanding of transaction messaging protocols and format, XML, FIX,SWIFT,FPML etc.
• SQL/database query skills a plus
• Competency in SDLC & Agile Methodology and tools (i.e. JIRA, Rally, RTC)

Salary Range:
$130,000 - $205,000 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
