Customer Success Intern (Operations) - Summer 2025 (Creative Design)

This role is a hybrid position located at our offices in either Austin, TX or Atlanta, GA. Candidates must be able to be on site in the office at least 3 days per week. The internship is from June 2, 2025 to August 8, 2025 and candidates must be available for the duration of the program.
About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated Intern – Customer Growth Operations to join our Customer Growth team for a few months. This role is perfect for a recent graduate or a final-year student who is eager to gain hands-on experience in data-driven customer success strategies. You will support our team in managing reports, analyzing customer adoption trends, building forecast models, and driving insights into product ROI and renewals.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in building and managing customer success reports to track KPIs and customer engagement.
Develop and maintain forecast models for customer retention, renewals, and expansion.
Work on renewals models, helping identify risk factors and renewal opportunities.
Analyze customer adoption and product usage trends to drive insights for customer engagement strategies.
Support in measuring Product ROI, helping demonstrate the business value of our solutions.
Collaborate with the Sales, Customer Success, and Finance teams to streamline operational processes.
Present data-driven recommendations to improve customer retention and overall customer success effectiveness.
What We're Looking For:
Recent graduate or final-year student in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.).
Basic knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is a plus.
Familiarity with forecasting models, financial modeling, or data analytics is an advantage.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Passion for customer success, data analytics, and operational efficiency.
