As the Dispenser Forman, you will collaborate with Kimberly-Clark Professional (KCP) Account Managers and end user customers to deliver exceptional experiences installing KCP dispenser fixtures. Lead KCP Onvation® Smart Restroom dispenser and network hardware installations with a team of third-party installers.
In this role, you will:
Serve as the on-site project lead for Onvation® site survey's, installations, and stabilization
Apply knowledge of Onvation® network options and KCP dispenser functionality (Onvation® & mainline) during kick-off calls, site survey's and debrief calls with end users to deliver practical solution
Demonstrate understanding and application of digital tools across standard work: sf.com, Onvation® dashboard apps, network and power solutions, survey platforms
Provide work direction and guidance for 3rd party installation partners during mainline and Onvation® connected installations
Serve as the on-site lead for assigned mainline site surveys, product/dispenser trials, end user training, and quality visits
Collaborate with the Activation Specialist to resolve customer concerns during the installation, using the KCP “Terms & Conditions” document between Kimberly-Clark, the 3rd party installer, and the end user customer to guide communications with the customer and any continuous improvement feedback to the installer
Collaborate with KCP R&E team on continuously improving dispenser functionality and design
Support a team culture that promotes sharing of best practices with other Foremen and across the sales team & end user customers
Independently plan, book, and adjust travel plans in accordance within travel budget, corporate guideline, and team leader prioritization support

In one of our technical roles, you'll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
3 years or more of construction or project management experience, including hands-on work
3 years or more of technical or project/crew leader experience, preferably consultative in a customer facing setting
3 or more years of experience installing electrical or cellular networking equipment including network design/layout and implementing with a customer
Mechanical hands-on experience and a track record diagnosing and providing solutions to product technical issues
Demonstrated leadership, collaboration, and project management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to read, write, and interpret instructional documents
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
Computer skills with knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite. Ability to edit Microsoft Office applications in the field from a mobile phone or tablet
Ability to work a flexible schedule; some work may be after normal business hours

Salary Range: $68,500 - $80,500 USD
At Kimberly-Clark, pay is just one aspect of our total rewards package, which also includes a variety of benefits and opportunities to achieve, thrive and grow. Along with base pay, this position offers eligibility for a target bonus and a comprehensive benefits suite, including our 401(k) and Profit-Sharing plan. The anticipated base pay range for this role is provided above for a fully qualified hire. Actual pay will depend on several factors, such as location, role, skills, performance, and experience. Please note that the stated pay range applies to US locations only.
This role is available for local candidates already authorized to work in the role's country only. Kimberly-Clark will not provide relocation support for this role.
