As a leading hotel in the luxury market, Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills is looking for a Spa Manager to join the Team at this beautiful property!
This Forbes 5-Star , AAA 5-Diamond hotel has 170 rooms, 6,300 square feet of banquet space, and 4 food and beverage outlets. This includes an elevate d Mediterranean restaurant , a Jean-George s rooftop restaurant, lobby lounge, and in-room dining.
In this role, the Spa Manager will oversee daily operations of Spa including but not limited to reservations, check-in, guest services, locker rooms, and therapists. Works the spa desk. Ensures guest satisfaction regarding all areas of spa services in accordance with Hilton Standards.

What will I be doing?
TheSpa Manager must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explainanddemonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Has 3-5 years of experience in spa leadership, ideally in a luxury setting
- Ability to think and respond quickly to issues or guest needs.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Computer literate.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and professional skills.
- Must be flexible and adapt easily.
- Energetic, enthusiastic and motivational.
- Must be able to remain calm in stressful situations; i.e. guest issues, high volume days, multitasking.
- Knowledge of spa services and treatments.
- Knowledge of retail operations and inventory systems.
- Able to show initiative and make decisions.
- Must have excellent customer service skills and be detail oriented.
- Creative in marketing and promotions.

Pay Range: The annual salary is $80,000 - $90,000 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
