Pay: $22.00/hr - 23.50 (+$1.00/hr Night Shift Differential)

Hours: 7:00am - 3:00pm
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Location: 18249 Phoenix Dr., Hagerstown, MD 21742
As our Die Maker, you will:
- Create embossing dies to be used in the Foil Department while following all safety and quality control standards
- Use CNC machinery and milling equipment to create dies for foil and embossing departments accurately
- Send PDF files to the customer service representative and copy of report to manager
- Output film if necessary
- Work with chemicals to etch dies and prepare for use
- Check master metal dies for accuracy and proper sizing in order to create duplicates
- Inspect and maintain all die shop equipment in proper working order
- Inventory department supplies and order as needed to maintain production
- Adhere to and promote all safety policies and procedures
- All other duties as assigned
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift 60 pounds and work in varying conditions
- May be exposed to chemicals and vapors
Qualifications:
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to work as a team or independently
- Must be able to read and understand written instructions, read a ruler and perform basic math
