Job Description
The Lending Business Analyst Regular and Sr. Level (LBA) position is a liaison between lending and IT for all consumer lending system issues, releases and changes. The LBA is the system administrator for the LOS and is responsible for administering all rate changes, adding and deleting users, changing passwords, adding new products, creating reports, adding and deleting forms, mapping form fields, rate updates for indirect, etc. In addition, the LBA is the primary contact/support for all Loan Operations personnel, including the service centers, as it relates to LOS questions and issues. The LBA is a member of the Lending Quality Assurance team and is responsible for providing project management support for all lending initiatives, releases, conversions, mergers, and other special projects.

Additional Information
The pay range for the Regular Level position is: $26 to $33 per Hour (S14)
The pay range for the Sr. Level position is: $30 to $39 per Hour (S15)
Final compensation for this position will be determined by various factors such as relevant work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, certifications, and internal pay equity.
This position is eligible for our corporate bonus program based on company performance.
