Live-In CNA (Healthcare)
You would be preparing a nutritious fresh breakfast every morning, preparing a healthy lunch, and dinner according to the care plan. CNA would also encourage fluid intake during the day.
Household support; changing linens, laundry washing, folding and putting in proper area, cleaning of dishes, vacuuming, dusting and other household duties to maintain a clean, safe environment.
CNA would assist and encourage her client with daily exercises; assist with her Yoga, stretching, taking walks on the beach, according to the care plan
Transporting client to her spa, massage treatments, nail and hair appointments if needed
Accompany your client to outings, museums, galleries, shows, restaurants, and social gatherings
Assisting your client with transfers, if necessary, stand by ambulation.
Engaging the client in meaningful conversations
Providing stimulating activities: games, puzzles, listening to music, singing, conversations, looking at photo albums and other activities.
Providing your clients with a sense of joy and safety
Assisting your clients with their nighttime routine; dressing, and other tasks
CNA might be required to assist the client overnight with toileting (within reason), if needed
Performing daily skin integrity checks, documenting findings and reporting any concerns to your manager.
The CNA would digitally document frequently throughout the day on client's appetite ex. what they consumed for breakfast and how much they consumed, mood, toileting, bowel movements, incontinence care, and activities.
The CNA should be competent with transfers and transfer techniques
Adhering to Infection Control Policies; washing your hands frequently, making sure your client's hands are washed frequently. Wiping of counters, doorknobs, and surfaces with disinfectant wipes.
The CNA would be observant and report any cleaning supplies, soaps, and other supplies needed.
The Live-in CNA would report any concerns to the Traditions Home Health Team immediately
