What's the role?
A s the Operations Analyst you will be a crucial member of our team, spearheading the efficient and seamless execution of key tasks related to order management and customer support. Your role involves proficiently navigating the intricacies of SAP Order Management System to handle the creation of quotes and the processing of dealer purchase orders. From Sales Orders to Deliveries, Goods Issue and Billing, Goods Receipts, Invoice Receipts, and Invoice Clearing, you will be the driving force behind our operational excellence.

Here's what you'll do:
Communication Management:
Engage in day-to-day communication with internal and external customers.
Utilize various channels, including email, phone calls, web-based platforms, portals, shared mailboxes, and EDI interfaces.
Order Processing:
Proficiently manage the creation of quotes and processing of dealer purchase orders.
Utilize SAP Order Management System for tasks such as Sales Orders, Deliveries, Goods Issue and Billing, Goods Receipts, Invoice Receipts, and Invoice Clearing.
Manage orders from multiple platforms including Expert Voice, Kibo, and SPS Commerce.
Handle purchase order collection and customer invoicing through web-based portals.
Customer Issue Resolution:
Effectively address and resolve customer inquiries.
Identify issues, determine root causes, and select and explain optimal solutions.
Expedite corrections or adjustments, ensuring timely follow-up for resolution.
Inventory Management:
Take charge of inventory allocation, considering delivery dates, customer priority, and inventory constraints.
Oversee the movement of sales to and from customer locations.
Play a key role in inventory allocation for order fulfillment across the distribution network.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to consistently meet and exceed service levels.
Foster cross-functional collaboration with the in-house Sales and Finance teams.
Ensure accurate and timely order processing, enhancing the overall customer experience.
Operational Support:
Provide operational and logistics support to the Sales team.
Contribute to the seamless execution of daily activities.
Returns and Exchanges:
Handle the entire process of returns, exchanges, and cancellations.
Arrange transportation for product returns, ensuring a comprehensive and efficient resolution.
Do you qualify?
Bachelor's Degree in Business (preferred)
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in relevant functions
ERP/CRM system experience (SAP and Sales Force preferred, respectively)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills (Excel proficiency required)
E-commerce, US retailer/National Account, and 3PL experience are considered advantageous
Working Conditions and Special Demands:
Hybrid work schedule – 3 days in the office/2 days remote.
The annual pay range for this position is $60,600 – $70,000
The pay offered for this role may be influenced by factors such as job location, scope of role, qualifications, education, experience, & complexity/specialization/scarcity of talent.
This position is also eligible for a performance bonus or sales commissions. ZEISS also offers robust benefits, including medical plans, retirement savings plan and paid time off.
